At the Veranda Bar, Poolside, or Gazebo Lounge, guests can sip on single-estate teas from Glenburn in Darjeeling and The Wah Estate in the Himalayas, hand-roasted coffee, kombuchas, chilled house made craft beers, or a perfectly balanced gin and tonic — all set against the lush, leafy calm of Niravi.

Meals

Mornings begin with freshly baked breads, homemade preserves, fresh juices, soothing chai, and delicate South Indian idlis paired with spiced lentils and coconut chutney, poached eggs, fluffy cheese omelettes, seasonal fruits, and freshly ground coffee.
Through the day, the menu flows with ease — from a crisp seasonal garden salad to our Jaipur board: a medley of house-made dips, pickles, roasted vegetables, and warm flatbreads. Comforting staples include stuffed rotis, ayurvedic vegetables with steamed rice, garlic-scented spinach, steamed gourd, smoked aubergine, and the slow-braised Pink City lamb. For dessert, sunshine and sago, chilled kulfi's or fruit salads.
